All instructional class sessions of a course will take place on our campus, 9501 S 伊利诺伊州芝加哥市国王大道60628号.

网络课程/在线课程

An online course is conducted entirely over the internet using Moodle. 教练 and students actively use Moodle to complete the various components 当然. These 课程 can be in the following modalities: (a) Asynchronous – w在这里 students are not required to be available at a specific time on a regular basis or (b) Synchronous – the classes meet through Elluminate or similar software at regularly scheduled times; however, the student does not come to campus.

混合(混合)课程

Course materials include a significant amount of electronic materials/activities provided 通过Moodle在线. Class sessions include a limited number of scheduled sessions on campus, as well as a significant number of sessions comprised of online activities and interaction with no requirement to physically be on campus. 学生必须参加 to actively use 这门课 management system to complete the various components of 这门课.

Explanation of the Schedule of Classes

The schedule of classes lists all course information available at the time of publication.

课程信息

The course subject/discipline information, including the subject code, department office location and telephone number, are provided in the heading at the beginning 每个科目列表. Classes are listed alphabetically by discipline beginning with on-campus 课程, followed by hybrid, Intersession, online and special session 课程.

The most current course information is available via CSU X-Press. 航向改变 offerings are also noted in the weekly addendum posted to the 课程安排网页. All fees, dates, 课程, and instructors are subject to change.

Schedule of Classes Publication Timeline

Summer and 秋天 Terms: by the third Friday of March

Spring Term: by the third Friday of October

Course offerings in the Schedule of Classes are identified by Course Reference Number (CRN) or by subject code, course number, and section number.

 

CRN

Each class has a unique five-digit Course Reference Number (CRN) used as the key identifier 当然. During the spring term, each CRN begins with the number one (1) or 数字二(2)

This is the four-letter subject code for the given discipline. 

CRSE

This is 这门课 number for specific discipline/subject. 课程编号指示 课程的水平也是如此.

The section number is a 2- or 3-character identifier of a specific course offering. The section number can identify the when and how a course is facilitated.

TITLE

The Schedule of Classes lists the “short title” of a course. 完整课程名称如下 列于 课程目录.

 

TIME

This indicates the start and end time of a course section. 如果时间为 “稍后通知,” the class meets by arrangement with the instructor, or the meeting time is 尚待确定. Contact the department for further details.

The University reserves the right to limit the size of classes and to cancel classes for which t在这里 is insufficient enrollment. Class cancellations typically occur by 上课前的星期四.

If the class for which you are registered is cancelled, you will be dropped from the class. If you do not register for an alternative class, a tuition refund will be processed 以你的名义.
